My name is Jacqueline.
My part of London is Camden.
My earliest musical memory is those black and white movies with singing and dancing, Fred Astaire, Ginger Rogers, that kind of thing.
The moment I realised I could sing was with my sister when we were younger, performing for my mum. I realised I was better than her! I thought “I can sing like the people we are imitating, and you can’t”.
When I am not at a Snapshot Songs rehearsal you will mostly find me all over the place, massaging, rehearsing, auditioning, recording.
A song that changes the way I’m feeling no matter where I am when it comes on is at the moment, Happy by Pharrell Williams.
One word I would use to describe the Snapshot Songs choir is “fan-tastic”.
